Minors Exclusion Policy & COPPA Compliance Statement

1. Minors Exclusion Policy

Queerlinq is intended solely for individuals who are at least fifteen (15) years of age. By accessing or using Queerlinq, you represent and warrant that you are 15 years of age or older.

Queerlinq does not knowingly permit use of its services by individuals under the age of 15. If we become aware that a user is under 15, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate the account and delete any associated data, without prior notice.

Parents or legal guardians who believe that their child has accessed Queerlinq in violation of this policy are encouraged to contact us immediately so that we may take appropriate action.

2. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) Compliance

Queerlinq complies with the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and does not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children under the age of 13.

2.1 No Intentional Collection of Children’s Data

Queerlinq is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them. We do not design content, features, or services intended to attract children.

2.2 Discovery of Underage Data

If Queerlinq becomes aware that personal information has been collected from a child under 13 without verified parental consent, we will:

• Promptly delete the information
• Terminate the associated account, if applicable
• Take reasonable steps to prevent further collection

2.3 Parental Rights

Parents or guardians who believe their child may have provided personal information to Queerlinq may contact us to:

• Request review or deletion of the information
• Ask questions regarding our data practices
• Report suspected COPPA violations

3. Age Verification and AI-Based Enforcement

To support compliance with our age requirements, Queerlinq utilizes AI-based age verification technology provided by AgeVerif. This technology is used to help ascertain whether users meet the minimum age requirement of the platform.

Age verification may involve automated analysis and risk-based assessment. Queerlinq does not guarantee that age verification systems are infallible, and users who misrepresent their age remain in violation of our Terms of Service.

If age verification indicates that a user may be under the minimum required age, Queerlinq may:

• Restrict or deny access
• Suspend or terminate the account
• Request additional verification, where appropriate

4. Data Retention and Security

Any personal data collected by Queerlinq, including data used for age verification purposes, is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. Queerlinq maintains reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect user information and limit retention to what is necessary for compliance and operational purposes.

5. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update this Minors Exclusion Policy and COPPA Compliance Statement at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
