Police in Marathon, Florida, arrested two men and one woman for having a drunken bisexual threesome in the parking lot of a Winn-Dixie supermarket on November 30.Witnesses called 911, and a police officer arrived to find 43-year-old Marshall Lowery face down in the crotch of 45-year-old Sharon Czaplinsky, according to the arrest report. Lowery pulled off Czaplinskys pants even further as the officer approached them. The officer found that the two were drunk. She was arrested on August 22 at 8 p.m. for publicly receiving oral sex from a man named Vincent Crews near the car wash area of a grocery store gas station.Czaplinsky explained she had no other place to conduct such acts. Police found empty beer cans and a bottle of vodka near the couple and said that they exhibited signs of impairment and appeared heavily intoxicated with staggered walking, slurred speech, and swaying while standing still. This isnt the first time that police have arrested same-sex couples for public intercourse.In October 2024, a lesbian couple trying to reconcile their relationship was arrested in Lavonia, Georgia, for getting publicly intimate on a lawn between a RaceWay gas station and a McDonalds fast food restaurant.On October 21, around 7 p.m. local time, police received a call about the incident.When officers arrived, they located a white female on top of a black female, and each of them had their pants pulled down exposing their pelvic regions, according tothe police report. The women in question were 49-year-old Tisha Booth and 37-year-old Keisha Edem. Police arrested, handcuffed, and searched both women and their vehicles, charging both women with public indecency and disorderly conduct. Both charges are misdemeanors in Georgia, punishable by up to 12 months in jail and a $1,000 fine.Ina public Facebook post, the Lavonia Police Department wrote, The stupidity of some people never ceases to amaze us.
