Motivational fitness media personality Susan Powter known for her catchphrase Stop the insanity! called herself a total lesbian in a recent interview with Entertainment Weekly, though its not the first time she has come out.The now 67-year-old Australian-born influencer gained fame in the 1990s with her weight-loss story of growing to 260 pounds after a divorce from a cheating husband and eventually slimming down to 114 pounds through dieting and fitness. Through infomercials and TV appearances, she sold motivational audiotapes, fitness videos, low-fat recipes, plus-size exercise clothing, and her memoir, Stop the Insanity!, as well as six other books throughout her career.
