Subscribe to our Newsletter today This is part of a new initiative announced today by the Department of Transportation (DOT) called The Golden Age of Travel Starts with You.In a press release, DOT cited an increase in unruly passenger behavior since 2019, something that out former Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg spoke out against as well.DOT lists things people should be thinking of when traveling by plane, which include Are you dressing with respect? and Are you saying thank you to your flight attendants?Duffy discussed the initiative on Fox Business today as well. People dress up like theyre going to bed when they fly, he said. Buttigieg, though, did not have the DOT roll out an initiative telling people to stop wearing pajamas on planes.Its unclear if the president is aware of the initiative.
