He shot & ran over gay King of the Hill star Jonathan Joss. Now hes facing justice.
A Texas grand jury indicted 57-year-old Sigfredo Ceja Alvarez on Monday for allegedly murdering gay 59-year-old Native American actor Jonathan Joss. Joss husband, Tristan Kern de Gonzales, said Alvarez shot Joss to death in front of the couples burned-down home in San Antonio on June 1. Despite the murder charge, its unclear whether Alvarez will face hate crime charges. While Kern de Gonzales accused Alvarez of shouting anti-gay slurs at the couple before the shooting, Alvarezs lawyer denies the accusation. Alvarez is currently out of jail on a $200,000 bond.
