Liniker's full speech, translated into English, went:"Wow. Good evening. I am Liniker. I'm a Brazilian artist and a songwriter. It's a huge pleasure to win in a category where female composers are celebrated.I've been writing since I was 16. And writing, and poetry, have been my greatest form of existence. It's where I find myself; where I celebrate so many things I experience. And being a composer... Being a trans composer in Brazil a country that kills us is extremely difficult.""May our story be told and celebrated more and more, as it was today," Liniker said at the end of her winning speech. "Thank you so much. It's an honor."Liniker wins Best Portuguese-Language Urban Performance (2/3). This album wouldn't have happened if I didn't have a dream, and if I didn't have a team like this, which embraces me, and sticks with me through everything.Thank you so much to all the musicians, and thank you so much to all the producers, who were part of this album with me. Thank you so much to all my fans, in Brazil and around the world, for being with me."The singer finished the speech expressing disbelief that this was already her second Grammy of the night.
