It is not an IQ or intelligence test; its purpose is to screen for brain damage and dementia. The test is usually only given if a doctor believes there is a need to screen for cognitive impairment.During his first term, the list of words that Trump cited when referring to the test was Person, woman, man, camera. The fact that the words have changed suggests that the new words were used during his cognitive exam during his physical at Walter Reed earlier this year. There is no reason to believe that either congresswoman is suffering from cognitive impairment, much less dementia.
