RuPaul's Drag Race season 13 star Utica Queen is all set to start her journey on Project Runway season 21 this Thursday, July 31. With the announcement that Utica (otherwise known as Ethan Mundt) had joined this cast of designers, she's become the first-ever Drag Race alum to compete in the fashion competition series.
