Trixie Mattel found herself sitting in a chicken shop across from Amelia Dimoldenberg for the popular YouTube show, Chicken Shop Date. During the interview, Dimoldenberg asked Trixie how she liked living in America, to which Trixie responded with an exasperated, "Girl!" and put her hand up. "A conquering nation that is determined to conquer itself, it's horrible," she said. Dimoldenberg asked Trixie if she had ever met Trump and, if she did, what she would say to him."I would put all five of these nails [on the table and look at him deadpan] and I would go, 'Really?'" Trixie continued, "I get it, I have back-combed bleached blonde hair and too much bronzer on as well. Like, I see her in that way, but it's just like, 'Really?'"In her hilarious appearance, she goes on to talk about her friendship with Katya Zamolodchikova, saying, "Katya and I are close work friends but you know we don't speak until we walk on stage. I never hear from her." This shocked Dimoldenberg who couldn't believe this, but Trixie goes on to confirm and says, "I will send her a TikTok a day and she won't even send a laugh emoji," to which Dimoldenberg says, "Well then maybe they're not very funny."The episode is a fun watch because Dimoldenberg seems to break character at points and seems like she has to remind herself that she's the host of the show. The fans are clocking this as well, pointing it out in the comments. "Amelia actually seems so starstruck here, she doesnt seem as deadpan," one person said.
