Watch Pedro Pascal explain 'c*nty' to Vanessa Kirby
Pedro Pascal is happy to spread some "cunty" awareness! In an interview with Bek Manibog for Pedestrian TV, Fantastic Four: First Steps star Pedro Pascal (Mr. Fantastic) helped his costar Vanessa Kirby (Invisible Woman) understand a piece of queer and internet culture. After asking how the two stars would describe each other, the interviewer noted Kirby is becoming a "social media icon" for her "force-field-snatched cunty fierceness face." The Mission: Impossible star seemed shocked."Oh my god! I don't know if that's a good thing," Kirby exclaimed."Cunty face is good, babe. Cunty face just means fierce, fabulous, beautiful, strong," Pascal jumped in. "It's good. It's good."At the end of the interview, Manibog turned to Pascal and noted that he has been "very vocal about trans rights," and asked if he had a message for the community."You inspire me," Pascal said. "You are a symbol of courage, and you inspire fear in those that are afraid of being their true selves. And I think that that's the threat, is your joy and your radical bravery in living your life in joy."In 2021, Pascal's sister, Lux, came out as trans. "Mi hermana, mi corazn, nuestra Lux," (My sister, my heart, our Lux), Pascal wrote on social media.A few years later, Pascal emphasized that he'd do anything to protect his younger sister."She is and has always been one of the most powerful people and personalities I've ever known," he said. "My protective side is lethal, but I need her more than she needs me."At his 50th birthday party this year, Pascal was seen wearing a "Protect the Dolls" shirt designed by Conner Ives. The shirt, which signals a demand to protect trans women, has raised more than $70,000 for Trans Lifeline.Pedro Pascal and Vanessa Kirby talk queer icons and language with Bek Manibog for Pedestrian TV.
