Nancy Mace says its offensive Sarah McBride thinks that shes equal to her
Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC) has been obsessed with denigrating incoming Rep.-elect Sarah McBride (D-DE) the first out transgender member of Congress this week, getting Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) to ban all trans women at the Capitol from using the womens facilities. Mace recently laid out the heart of her problem with McBride. It is offensive that a man in a skirt thinks that hes my equal, she said on the right-wing channel Newsmax. Like his challenges are the same as mine! Theyre not! And hes forcing his genitals into womens restrooms, into dressing rooms, into locker rooms. Its sick, its twisted. Related The GOPs obsession with Congress first trans member has a much uglier purpose The humiliation ritual Republicans put Sarah McBride through is meant to shame all trans Americans and their allies.
